Here, I share projects focused on internal communication, internal marketing, and organizational culture. From internal events to institutional campaigns and intranet content, each initiative was designed to engage teams, align messaging, and strengthen the connection between employees and the brand.

Well-Being Project

Project developed in collaboration with Agile Corp and Milano Brazil.

The activities took place outdoors at various locations in Rio de Janeiro and included workplace exercise, zip-lining, treetop adventure courses, climbing, and hiking.

A buffet with healthy food options was also provided at the beginning of each event.

Each employee received a personalized kit, consisting of a tote bag, t-shirt, reusable bottle, towel, and a snack kit.

Awareness Campaigns

During the months of September, October, and November, several awareness and alert initiatives were carried out. These actions aim to highlight the importance of prevention, encouraging regular check-ups, adopting a balanced diet, and engaging in regular physical activity.

Easter

To celebrate Easter, various themed activities were organized involving all employees. The initiatives included a chocolate fountain, special decorations, an Easter egg hunt, and moments of interaction and sharing among teams.

These activities created a festive atmosphere, reinforcing a sense of unity and well-being in the workplace.
